Relax?

In some ways, it’s counterintuitive. But if you don’t try to sell, people will start to buy things from you. And if you get all worked up about people stealing from you, then the barriers you create will stop those same people from becoming your best customers.

The moral of the story should be that we all need to relax a bit more. But if you’re working in a business that relies on new customers (I do), being told that ‘all things come to he who waits’ is about the most stress-inducing parable that I’ve ever heard.
